PROMO MECHANICS:
1.
Subscribers get a chance to win 1 of 10 Nokia 6120
handsets when they download, install and completely register to Smart UZZAP
beginning November 15, 2008 12:01am up to December 15, 2008 11:59pm. Raffle draw will be held on December
18, 2008.
2.
To join, subscribers must register to the UZZAP
Messenger Service. There are 2
easy ways to do this:
#1. Using your GPRS-enabled mobile phone: Text UZZAP to 7272 (for free), download and install the UZZAP application on your mobile phone and
complete the registration process (as prompted on screen by the
application).
#2: Using
your PC: Go to www.uzzap.com. Select and save the mobile
or PC client on your PC.
a) For
mobile client: You can use USB cable, infrared, or Bluetooth to
transfer the mobile client from your PC to your mobile phone. Once installed on
your phone, complete the registration process (as prompted on screen by the
application).
b) For PC client: Install
the application on your PC and complete the registration process (as prompted
on screen by the application).
3.
Upon complete registration to Smart UZZAP,
subscribers will automatically earn 1 raffle entry. An UZZAP Pamasko FREE Alert will be sent to
you within 24hrs to confirm your raffle entry. A complete registration
means that a subscriber has successfully registered his/her name, username and
password in the registration page and is successfully logged in to his/her
Uzzap Messenger.
4.
Ten (10) Nokia 6120 phones will be given away to
successful registrants in the raffle draw on December 18, 2008.
5.
Determination of winners will be via electronic
raffle (to be conducted by Smart CPG on December 18, 2008).
6.
The ten (10) lucky subscribers to be drawn will
each get a Nokia 6120 phone with Smart Buddy SIM card. A subscriber can only
win once. One mobile number, one entry.
7.
Winners
shall be notified thru registered mail and through a phone call from a SMART
access number (7777). Winners from within Metro Manila may claim their prizes at
SMART Communications Inc., 27/F SMART Tower, 6799
Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
8.
Provincial
winners can claim their prizes at the nearest SMART Wireless Center in their
area.
9.
Winners
must present their SMART celfone with the winning SIM
number and one (1) valid photo I.D. with signature to collect their prize.
10.
The promo
is open to all SMART subscribers.
11.
Prizes
must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of registered mail notification.
All unclaimed prizes after the 60-day period will be forfeited in favor of SMART
Communications, Inc.
12.
By
registering his/her name in the UZZAP registration page, the subscriber declares
that he/she is the owner of the MIN (or entry).
13.
Subscriber
gives Smart Communication, Inc. full permission to announce his/her name and/or
mobile number for publicity and corporate information purposes in various media
such as print, radio, TV, Internet, events and other multimedia outlets.
14.
Employees
of Smart Communications Inc, Philippine Long Distance Telecommunications Co., Smart
Broadband Inc (“SBI”), its dealers, and advertising agencies, including
relatives of such employees up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity
are disqualified from the contest.
15.
The promo
is available Nationwide.
